Successful pregnancy, delivery and puerperium in a heart transplant patient with previous peripartum cardiomyopathy

Abstract
A 25-year-old female who had orthotopic cardiac transplantation for peripartum cardiomyopathy, became pregnant and had a successful pregnancy and delivery, and remains asymptomatic after 2 years of follow-up.
