Mesothelioma of the atrioventricular node: first successful follow-up after excision

Abstract

Mesothelioma of atrioventricular nodes may cause congenital heart block and diagnosis is usually confirmed at postmortem. Awareness of the possibility of the development of this tumour and selective coronary arteriography may help to diagnose this in life.
