Horseshoe lung and scimitar syndrome in an asymptomatic child

Abstract
The authors describe a case of scimitar syndrome in a 7-year-old asymptomatic boy in whom CT scan showed a horseshoe lung. Thus, although this association is traditionally considered severe and a cause of early death, it can be compatible with a normal life.
