Remission of coronary spasm confirmed by angiography and ergometrine provocation: two case reports

Abstract

Two patients with variant angina went into clinical remission after a period of nitrite or nifedipine therapy. Repeat in vestigation showed that ergometrine no longer induced coronary spasm.
