Abstract

The pathogenetic mechanisms of idiopathic long QT syndrome have been largely, although not completely, understood; however, several critical issues highly relevant to the clinical management of patients affected by the syndrome need to be clarified. For this purpose, physicians are invited to contribute to a registry of such patients

Key Words: Sudden death • sympathetic nervous system • left stellectomy
