Repetitive myocardial infarction in a young woman with vasospastic coronary artery disease

Abstract

The angiographic study of a young woman with previous anterior myocardial infarction and normal coronary arteries is presented. During coronary angiography the patient had multiple episodes of spasm in the right coronary artery and an acute inferior myocardial infarction.
