A 79-year-old man was referred to emergency department for vague abdominal pain. In the past, the patient had cardiac arrhythmias necessitating a pacemaker placement. On admission, the patient had a normal ausculation and the abdomen examination was unremarkable. Postero-anterior chest radiograph revealed normal cardiac size and a small left pleural effusion.
