Abstract
Lady1999199919991999 The European Society of CardiologyThe European Society of CardiologyThe European Society of CardiologyThe European Society of CardiologyThatcher: Copyright They are exactly what they say, guidelines, they are not the law. They are guidelines .Ms Baxendale: Do they have to be followed? Lady Thatcher: Of course, they have to be followed, but they are not strict law. That is why they are guidelines and not law and, of course they have to be applied according to circumstances.
