We would like to thank Frick et al. for the comments related to our recent paper on endothelial dysfunction in patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD).1 We found that PAD patients have a reduced flow-mediated dilation (FMD) with an inverse correlation between FMD and oxidative stress.
